You cannot create a username and password using the:

We do not recommend the use of the Smart Interviews platform in substitution of an educational institution such as a school, college, or university. We may provide you with rewards, credentials, or acknowledgments based on your completion of a Course, or performance while availing a Service. Any such recognition is given by Smart Interviews at its discretion. Such recognitions provided are not equivalent to an award or degree or certificate or other recognitions provided by an educational institution. We do not provide any guarantee of admission to any educational institution or procurement of a job, or any other remunerative opportunity by accessing the Platform and availing of the Services.

We partner with educational institutes from time to time, to provide you access to educational programs, and Courses. These educational institutes may provide you with, through our platform, degrees, and certificates upon fulfilling the criteria notified in the Courses. Enrolment in a Course or a Service provided in partnership with a such educational partner does not grant you the right to any other association with such education partner (other than as specifically provided on the Platform)

Termination/Suspension

We may terminate your account or delete your account and any content/information that you may have posted on the site at our sole discretion. All terminations will be made at our discretion and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of your account.

Assignment

These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you but may be assigned by the Company without restriction.

Rules and Acceptable Usage Policy

Smart Interviews content is only for your personal use. It is upon you to inform us if you see any user breaching the above-mentioned terms.

While using the Platform, you shall not:

harass any third party including any Users or Customers;
create an atmosphere of disharmony, and hostility within student groups;
use unethical methods during any assignment, test/exam conducted on the Platform or otherwise in relation to any Program;
Share any Smart Interviews Content (including any study materials or test materials) with anybody through any media;
Share solutions to assignments/test materials pertaining to the Platform.
record a video during a class and share it with anybody through any media.
let multiple students attend the class with one member subscription (We have sole authority to suspend/remove the account if that happens).

While attending our course:

You shall turn on your camera mandatorily, we reserve the right to remove a student from the session if the video is turned off or if the face is not clearly visible.
You can be asked to show your surroundings by Smart Interviews at any time during the session if we feel that you are violating any of our terms.
You shall not record any video or distribute it as piracy content.
Teachers or instructors (who could be our potential competitor) are not allowed to join the course. If at any point of time it comes to our notice that the attendee is a professor/private tutor/instructor in any capacity the person will be removed from the course, and we can take legal actions against the person
You shall be removed from a course if you are found to be violating our terms and conditions, without any refund.
If at any point of time, piracy is done by any student attending the course, we will have the right to take legal action against them.

Content usage

Smart Interviews only grants (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and view the content solely for your personal and educational use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any content unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a Smart Interviews authorized representative.
